I recently booked a birthday trip to Bali with my girls, and it was absolutely amazing. We partied at beach clubs, watched magical sunsets, and explored Bali's stunning waterfalls and rice terraces. There's so much to do in Bali that you can never really get bored of it. We had a wonderful Bali family trip with Tournedo. Everything was smooth, well managed & we didn't face any issues during our holiday.

We had actually booked our trip almost 2-3 months in advance, but just 1 month before our departure, Indigo changed our flight timings and our journey got delayed by almost a day. We were worried that it would affect our itinerary, but the team quickly helped us rework everything. Since our trip was still under free cancelation so Tournedo suggested us to cancel one night stay which saved us money. The entire process was handled quite smoothly.

Before our trip, we also received a thoughtful travel hamper with neck pillows and a voucher for our next holiday, which was a lovely surprise and made us even more excited for the trip.

Bali itself was beautiful, and thanks to the planning, we could simply enjoy our vacation with our family.

We planned a bachelorette trip for our bride-to-be, Tanvi & Vietnam turned out to be the perfect destination for our girls' getaway.

Had an amazing experience with Tournedo during our Vietnam trip. Everything was very well organised, from the hotels and transfers to the sightseeing and overall itinerary.

The team was extremely helpful, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly throughout the trip. The only thing was the first day when we landed, we didn't get the hotel room and itinerary was planned from 1pm.

We got to explore beautiful places, enjoy great experiences, and make wonderful memories without having to worry about the logistics. Nandini is such a sweetheart. Highly recommended for anyone planning a hassle-free and memorable Vietnam holiday!

Thank you for such an amazing trip Tournedo, we all truly enjoyed it a lot. Everything was so well planned that not even a single minute was wasted, and we could truly make the most of our time.

From the stays to the day-wise itinerary, everything felt smooth and easy to follow. There was a small concern we faced at Universal Studios where our child's ticket wasn't issued, so we had to purchase it again at the counter. But we informed the team about it and the amount was refunded to us.

We booked our Thailand trip through Tournedo, referred by my brother. Even though we've been to Thailand before on our own, this time we wanted a smoother experience with proper assistance and it was totally worth it. We already had our requirements ready, and the team helped us with hotels, sightseeing, and flights. Their on-trip app was super handy, and the team was quick and responsive throughout. Everything went pretty smoothly overall. One of our friends had to cancel his trip just a few days before departure, and the team even helped us get a refund through a medical waiver. It was a really nice trip and everything was very well planned. We never had to worry about what to do next or where to go for sightseeing, which made the whole experience very relaxed for us.

We stayed at Novotel, and the hotel was comfortable and convenient. During the trip we visited Sentosa, Universal Studios, and also explored the Night Safari, which were all great experiences.

Our itinerary also included the Genting Cruise, and we booked a balcony stateroom which made the cruise experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a smooth and memorable trip.

Our Thailand trip was truly amazing, and we'd like to thank Nandini for planning everything so well.

The itinerary covered some beautiful places, and we made so many lovely memories throughout the trip. There were just a couple of experiences that could have been planned a little differently - we felt that one of the sightseeing days wasn't as engaging as expected, and visiting the Tiger Cave area twice wasn't really necessary for us. One day was also more focused on souvenir shopping than we'd have preferred.

That said, these were only minor observations in an otherwise fantastic trip. Everything else went smoothly, and we genuinely had a great time. Thank you once again for all the planning and support - it was a memorable vacation for us!

We recently travelled to Dubai with Tournedo as a family, and overall, the trip was great and well planned. Most parts of the journey were smooth and enjoyable. The hotel suggested by Nandini was very comfortable and well suited for an Indian family, which made our stay quite convenient. We did face some issues with the desert safari - the camp experience wasn't good and the driver was also not satisfactory. We shared this feedback with the team, and they handled it well. They heard us out patiently and compensated us by providing a refund for the same. Apart from this one experience, the rest of the trip was perfect. We chose Bali for our honeymoon, and it truly turned out to be a beautiful and memorable experience for us. Bali is absolutely stunning. The hotels arranged for us were very comfortable and exactly as expected. The itinerary was well customized according to our requirements. Wherever we wanted leisure time, it was planned accordingly, and the activities were scheduled in a balanced way. There were a couple of minor concerns - the behaviour of some drivers could have been better, and the complimentary food during the Nusa Penida tour wasn't up to the mark but these were shared as feedback. Kashmir for our first anniversary - easily one of the best decisions we've ever made. From the moment we landed, it felt like we had stepped into a postcard. Gulmarg was straight out of a winter fairytale, Sonmarg looked like a painting, and Pahalgam had the dreamiest landscapes. One of our favorite moments was waking up in a houseboat on Dal Lake - it was a surreal experience. It was good that we listened to your recommendations on skipping Lachung, Lachen and the 4 star hotel things. The experience was very good overall and everyone from our family had a really nice time.

Just 1 or 2 minor hiccups on pelling hotel being a bit inaccessible and the driver not fuelling his car during the airport transfer from Darjeeling, but overall it was good.
