How it works

What is a Travel Designer?

Someone who starts with you, not with a ready-made package: your budget, your pace, your interests and the trip you’ve been dreaming of. Then they obsess over the little things, like the room with the best view, the hidden beach and the perfect sunset spot.

Do you sell packages?

Most travel companies sell packages. We design journeys. Every trip starts with understanding you, not with a ready-made package: your budget, your pace, your interests.

Can I change a sample trip?

Always. The trips on this site are examples to start from, and every one gets redesigned around your dates, budget, pace and the people coming with you.

Who do you plan trips for?

Couples first: honeymoons, anniversaries, babymoons and proposals. Then families, paced for everyone from little ones to grandparents, and friends: girls’ trips, boys’ trips, bachelorettes and birthday squads. Want adventure or luxury? We’ll design that too.

How do I start?

Answer a few quick questions in the Plan my trip form, or message or call us. A Travel Designer will reach out within a day with a few ideas to start from, and then you shape it together.

Prices

What does the price include?

Your hotels, airport transfers, the activities in your plan, and every transfer to, from and between them. Breakfast depends on the hotel room you choose. International flights, visa fees, travel insurance, other meals and personal expenses are extra, and your Travel Designer can add flights and visa for you. Prices are per person on twin sharing (per adult on family trips), and move with your dates, hotels and pace.

Why do trips say “from”?

Because no two trips are the same. The “from” price is where a sample trip starts, per person on twin sharing (per adult on family trips). Yours moves with your dates, your hotels and your pace.

What if my budget is smaller or bigger?

Tell us what feels comfortable. Your Travel Designer designs around it and never pushes past it.

Can I book my own flights?

Yes. Prices don’t include flights, so you can book your own, or your Travel Designer can add flights and your visa to the plan for you.

During your trip

Will someone be there if I need help?

Yes. You get on-trip support throughout your journey, from your first enquiry until you’re back home. Peace of mind is part of the journey.

Visas

Do I need a visa?

It depends on where you’re going. Thailand, Malaysia and Mauritius are visa-free for a holiday on an Indian passport; Bali has a visa on arrival; Vietnam and Dubai have e-visas; Singapore goes through an authorised agent; and Sri Lanka needs a free online ETA. Each place’s page has the current rules, and your Travel Designer walks you through it.
